So, when it came time for Human Resources Manager Marcos Brandi to decide where to take his family for his five-year Trip of a Lifetime, the choice was clear.

Bahia’s famous beaches and natural beauty motivated the Brandi family to board a plane from São Paulo to the northeastern region of Brazil for a unique and unforgettable trip.
Staying at a beachfront resort for nine days, Marcos and his family had the opportunity to explore various stunning landscapes, participate in thrilling activities and immerse themselves in the local culture.
The visit to Salvador, the state capital, was one of the most memorable experiences for the Brandi family. With its cobblestone streets and architecture marked by the colonial era, Pelourinho, Salvador's historic neighborhood, considered a UNESCO World Heritage cultural site, features open-air restaurants, souvenir shops and squares filled with musicians and dancers that delighted the couple's daughter, Helena.
"Pelourinho has a unique energy,” said Marcos. “People are always smiling and dancing. It's a warm and joyful community. My daughter was fascinated by the loud sound of the drums. It's a moment we will treasure in our memories and hearts forever.”
During their city tour, the family also explored famous landmarks like the Farol da Barra (Barra Lighthouse). For Marcos, witnessing the joy of his daughter and wife on this trip made him realize how much everyone needs moments like these.
"We need to learn to slow down and enjoy our families," said Marcos, emphasizing how the opportunity to create family memories is priceless. "I am deeply moved to know that good family memories are being built for my daughter."
