How do you impact our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better® in your role?
Being part of the Virtual Implant Positioning™ (VIP™) System software development team, I am responsible for delivering features with the utmost quality and accuracy, as they are directly used by the Arthrex planners and surgeons who use VIP.
What inspires you the most at Arthrex?
Personally, it’s the opportunity I have to contribute to a product that has directly impacted millions of people over the last decade. I’m also inspired by the efforts people at Arthrex make to ensure that the products we develop and deliver align with our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better®.
What is your favorite success story at Arthrex?
For the past year, I have been part of the development team for a 3D planning software used by Arthrex VIP planners, and I have been fortunate enough to contribute to some of its core features related to digital surgical planning.
How do you describe the Arthrex culture?
Arthrex is the first company where I have spent this much time, and my experience here has been nothing short of surreal. The leadership team is awesome and always committed to prioritizing the needs of their employees.

I have become more knowledgeable about human anatomy than ever before. I can now talk to people about arthroplasty and related terminology knowledgeably, thanks to my work on the VIP system.
