How do you impact our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better® in your role?
In my role as a Senior Meeting and Events Specialist, I directly impact Arthrex’s mission by planning and executing Medical Education events and trainings for HCPs and sales representatives so they can focus solely on learning and perfecting their skills, which translates into better outcomes for patients. My job is to deliver an educational experience through exceptional customer service, top-notch facilities and the highest quality of our services.
What inspires you the most at Arthrex?
What inspires me the most at Arthrex is the company’s dedication to innovation and quality for the patient’s benefit. I love seeing how a new technique or product can improve someone's life. In the Events department, I witness HCPs’ passion for learning and improving, which constantly reminds me of the value of our work. It's an inspiration to know that in every role throughout the company, we are contributing to a greater purpose.
What is your favorite success story at Arthrex?
One of my favorite stories comes from when I was able to participate in the inauguration of the Mexico ArthroLab™ and collaborate with the Mexico team on the implementation of the new Medical Education space that has provided surgeons with increased access to hands-on medical education opportunities. Providing surgeons close access to wet lab practices has resulted in the improvement of their techniques positively impacting the lives of many patients.

Arthrex has made me better in multiple ways. Professionally, I've developed stronger leadership skills and learned to manage the logistics of complex events more efficiently. I've learned to collaborate as a team to achieve a common goal. Working here has taught me to be more adaptable and to always look for ways to go above and beyond to ensure the joint success of other areas, which has become a fundamental part of my work ethic. We can all spread the Making People Better culture to those around us by having a positive attitude and projecting our values every day, maintaining a positive energy and attitude.
