Arthrex Hosts WINK Weather Watchers Training to Support Community Weather Awareness

Arthrex recently welcomed WINK News to host their WINK Weather Watchers Collier County training session at the global headquarters campus in Naples, Florida. The event brought together local meteorologists and weather enthusiasts to promote community weather preparedness and a better understanding of local weather patterns.

WINK’s Chief Meteorologist Matt Devitt opened the training by highlighting how real-time reports from community members play a vital role in enhancing weather coverage and public safety. Meteorologists Zach Maloch and Josh Green shared expert insights into forecasting techniques, storm tracking and how local data contributes to broader meteorological models.

The training session is part of WINK’s Weather Watchers program, which encourages Southwest Florida residents to become active participants in weather monitoring and reporting.

By supporting educational initiatives like this, Arthrex continues to invest in the safety and resilience of the Naples community and beyond.
