Arthrex U.S. leadership recently visited India to connect, collaborate and strengthen bonds with our India team. During their visit, leadership presented awards to several members of the India team.
The Applause Award recognizes those who consistently delivered exceptional results and significantly contributed to the success of Arthrex India. Applause Award winners were Software Engineer II Jack Johny, Technical Lead Sampat Dharme and Sr. Software Engineer Prateek Kulkarni.
The Team Player Award honors collaborative spirit, teamwork and positive influence within the team. The Team Player Award was given to Technical Lead Sachin Kadam and Sr. Software Engineer Koshal Jain.
The Xtra Mile Award acknowledges those who went above and beyond, demonstrating dedication, innovation and resilience. The Xtra Mile Award recipient was Sr. Engineering Manager Ramakanth Beesetty.
