This summer, Arthrex Academy, Arthrex’s on-site childcare center, reinforced the company’s core value of “Making People Better” by hosting a dynamic wellness-focused camp for school-age children at the campus of our global corporate headquarters in Naples, Florida. The program offered a variety of activities designed to keep kids moving, mindful and making lasting memories—all guided by Arthrex employees and some special guests.
Campers participated in engaging sessions that promoted physical and mental well-being, including a basketball clinic led by Florida Gulf Coast University’s men’s basketball team.
Arthrex employee-coaches also stepped up to lead hands-on sessions: Matt Winfield from Finance and Ivonne Schmid from Product Management introduced campers to the fundamentals of pickleball, while Magali Chauvin from the Wellness team led calming and energizing yoga sessions.
