Arthrex Brasil has relocated its logistics operations to a new 3,500-square-meter (more than 37,000-square-foot) warehouse facility in São Paulo, significantly expanding its capacity to support growing demand and an expanding product portfolio.
The new facility, located in the Jabaquara district, replaces the company's previous warehouse, where it had operated for the past eight years. By combining logistics operations and administrative offices under one roof, the site streamlines workflows and strengthens support for customers across the region.
Selected for its strategic location, the warehouse improves access to key healthcare facilities and enables more efficient delivery routes for surgical cases. Arthrex Brasil supports more than 250 surgeries each month in São Paulo alone, and the new location has reduced travel times by up to 40% on some critical routes.
"Our logistics operation supports everything from inventory replenishment to time-sensitive surgical deliveries," said André Santos, Operations Manager at Arthrex Brasil. "This new facility strengthens our ability to serve customers today while preparing for future growth."
The expanded warehouse also enhances support for Arthrex Brasil's commercial team, helping ensure products and surgical solutions are delivered efficiently to hospitals and physicians.
The facility's opening marks an important milestone for Arthrex Brasil and reflects the company's continued investment in operational excellence, customer service, and long-term growth in the Brazilian market.
