Arthrex has expanded its operational footprint in Colombia with the opening of a new warehouse and office location in Bogotá, marking a significant business milestone for the Colombia subsidiary and supporting continued growth across the Latin America region.
Located more than 90 minutes closer to Arthrex Colombia’s primary customers, the new warehouse site was selected to improve accessibility, shorten delivery times and support a growing customer base with even greater efficiency. The new facility is expected to enhance product availability and accelerate service for surgeons and healthcare facilities throughout Colombia.
“Our growth made it clear that we needed a logistics operation that could evolve with the business and support where we are heading,” said Arthrex Colombia Senior Commercial Manager Juliana Concha. “This investment was necessary to maintain the highest levels of service while positioning the team for continued, long-term growth.”
“This facility gives us the ability to operate with even more speed and precision while maintaining control over service quality,” said Arthrex Colombia Operations Manager Wilson Delgado Hernandez. “It creates the operational stability we need to support growth and meet customer expectations as the business continues to expand.”
While the warehouse will serve the Colombian market exclusively, the project represents a strategic milestone for Arthrex’s LATAM business, aligning with the region’s focus on operational excellence, scalable infrastructure and long-term market leadership in high-growth countries.
“This warehouse is not just about increased capacity, it’s about enabling Arthrex to scale excellence across LATAM,” said Regional LATAM Vice President Nelson Valenzuela. “It strengthens our operational capabilities, positions us at the forefront of reverse logistics and allows us to accelerate our growth in Colombia, deepening our presence in Bogotá and Cali while expanding into new regions with speed, precision and consistency.”
